Conference Registration

Conference registration is $55.00. Registration includes a reception and light buffet Thursday evening, continental breakfast and lunch on Friday, and an informal reception after the closing plenary session. Advance registration is requested. The final conference program and all additional registration materials will be available at the conference. Please contact us to make special arrangements for students groups. To register, send your check made out to UAS, Inc. to:

Please be sure to include your name, institutional affiliation, address, and e-mail. Note if you would like to reserve a seat on the shuttle bus to the sessions at the New York State Museum. There is no additional charge for bus transportation, however, we do need to know how many to plan for. Complete this registration form, print and return to us along with your check.

Exhibitor Registration
Space is available for exhibits at the Conference. Booksellers, institutions, archives, and others wishing to display materials related to New York State history are invited to contact us at resrchny@albany.edu or 518-442-5431. Full tables as well as space to display informational materials about archives, historic sites, and other New York history resources will be available.

Getting to Albany and Lodging
Conference registration will be in the Science Library, Barnes & Noble Reading Room on the University at Albany Uptown Campus. Follow these links for: directions to Albany, information about local lodging, maps of the surrounding area, the University Campus, and the the Science Libary.

Parking
Conference attendees may park in the Campus Center Visitors Lot which is located east of the new library, near the Biology Building and the Indian Quad Dormitory, or in the Main Visitor Lot off Collins Circle on the Washington Avenue side of the campus. (See campus maps) Parking lots officially open at 8:00 AM although the Main lot may open by 7:45 AM. Follow the signs to the Campus Center. Note: there is ongoing construction on campus that may affect parking. We will post updates closer to the the day of the Conference.
